Here at Harvey Road Tavern we host cocktail parties, weddings, birthday celebrations, engagements and Christmas parties.
For corporate needs our venue is ideal for product launches, formal and informal dinners and business conferences. In addition to our two dedicated function rooms, we also have access to Marley Brown Oval, which can accommodate up to 2000 people under a marquee-style setup. We provide expert advice in the planning, delivery and completion of your special event.
Our experienced events team, including our kitchen brigade, operational staff and preferred suppliers are all looking forward to making your event run smoothly.
clinton room
The Clinton Room is our largest function room, offering you private access to an outdoor patio, bathroom amenities, and a bar to ensure smooth operation of your event. The flexibility of the Clinton Room means it is suitable for corporate presentations, engagement parties, Christmas parties or even hosting a High Tea event. The Clinton Room can accommodate up to 200 people cocktail style, or up to 90 people for a banquet style event. Whatever your requirements, we are happy to assist in making your function the talk of the town.
oval room
The Oval Room is located below Graziers Steakhouse and is the perfect space for an intimate meeting, training or small family gathering. The room overlooks Gladstone’s famous Marley Brown Oval and is the perfect vantage point to watch a game of footy or you can close the retractable blinds for a more intimate gathering. The Oval Room can accommodate up to 50 people cocktail style, or up to 30 people for a banquet style event.
